Privacy Policy

Sip805 ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under California's CCPA and the EU/UK GDPR.

Information we collect

When you sign in we collect your email, display name, and a Firebase user ID. To satisfy alcohol-platform age-verification requirements we also collect your full legal name, date of birth, and phone number (our "KYC" information). When you check in at a winery we store the winery, timestamp, the experience you selected, and any rating you leave.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service, verify that you are at least 21, personalize recommendations via our AI Concierge feature, and show you your own visit history. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) for account and data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for the AI Concierge. Messages you send to the AI Concierge are transmitted to Anthropic subject to their terms. We do not run third-party advertising SDKs.

Your rights

You may export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from Profile → Legal & Privacy in the app. You can also email support@sip805.com. We will respond to verified deletion and access requests within 45 days as required by CCPA.

Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed from our production systems promptly; backups may retain data for up to 30 days before rotation.

Children

Sip805 is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use of Sip805 after changes constitutes acceptance.
