By creating an account or using Sip805 you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase and consume alcohol in your jurisdiction. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sip805 to harass others, post unlawful content, scrape our data, or access the service by automated means. Winery information is provided for discovery purposes; hours, offerings, and prices are subject to change by each winery.

User content

You retain ownership of ratings and reviews you submit. You grant Sip805 a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app.

No sales of alcohol

Sip805 is a discovery and check-in platform. We do not sell, ship, or facilitate the sale of alcohol. Any purchase you make with a winery is a direct transaction between you and that winery.

Reservations

Some wineries on Sip805 accept instant reservation bookings through our platform; others receive your request by email and respond directly. A booking, when confirmed, is between you and the winery — Sip805 only facilitates the connection. Cancellations and refunds are subject to each winery's individual policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Venue for any dispute is San Luis Obispo County.
