Barrel fermented, stirred and aged sur lie for 10 months, showing a deeper core with a creamy mid palate while retaining its bright fruit character. White flowers, honeydew and vanilla chiffon are prominent on the nose with a balanced palate of citrus, Marcona almond and creamed honey.

Pinot Blanc Bien Nacido Vineyard

Pinot Blanc • 2023

Pale straw in color, with aromas of kaffir lime leaf, green apple, white rock and honeysuckle. The mouthfeel is round, with crisp flavors of ripe kiwi, pineapple guava and Meyer lemon meringue.

Pinot Noir Rosé Barn Owl Blush

Sparkling Rose • 2024

Provence style rosé, whole cluster pressed and produced entirely in stainless to keep it crisp and fresh. Light, vivid pink with a peachy hue, offering aromas of rose petal, strawberry and sandstone. Completely dry, with a juicy and round palate with flavors of tangerine and white stone fruit.
