Harvested early in the season to achieve naturally crisp acid, then fermented dry. Results in a bright, full-bodied, and refreshing rosé. Blend: 80% Grenache, 20% Picpoul Blanc.

Full body, vibrant fruit, and rich mouthfeel; fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel to retain bright, expressive flavors. Expect aromas of stone fruit and citrus blossom with a lingering, elegant finish. Blend: 75% Viognier, 25% Picpoul Blanc.
